If you would like to request a specific tutor from our website listing, you can book directly, or contact us for our personalized recommendations if you can’t decide on your best fit. Many of our fantastic tutors prefer to stay out of the spotlight, so they’re not listed on the website. Please note we only take bookings with a minimum of 40 tutoring hours that start within 30 days.

For corporate bookings and other inquiries, the easiest way to get our attention is by sending us an e-mail to book@ShanghaiTutors.com. (If you're using Gmail, please send your email to ShanghaiTutors@hotmail.com, as our email server has restrictions on Gmail accounts.)

We respond to every email (we aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours if we receive them during office hours). To avoid our emails from getting moved to your spam folder, make sure to add book@ShanghaiTutors.com and ShanghaiTutors@hotmail.com to your “approved sender list” or “white list”. You can also add us to your “address book”. If you don’t hear from us within two working days, we might have missed your message, so feel free to reach out again.
